**Role Summary**: We are seeking a dynamic Outreach Associate to build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, promote our courses, and expand our reach. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for education.

**Location: Delhi/Mumbai/Pune**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and universities.
- Organize and participate in events, webinars, and workshops.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on educator interactions.
- Track and report on outreach activities and results.
- Assist in developing partnership programs with key stakeholders.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in outreach, business development, or sales, preferably in edtech.
- Strong understanding of the Indian education system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - English & Hindi language proficiency is must
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in CRM software(zoho) and outreach tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
