**Software knowledge**: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Camera Raw, Fillmore Basics of MS office, adobe rush basic audio editing etc.
- **Location** - Thrissur

**Skills Required**: Video Shooting, Video Creation, Video Editing, Social media promotions, content creation & script writing

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Video Editor, you will play a pivotal role in producing engaging and visually captivating video content for our marketing & social media platforms. Your expertise in video editing, storytelling, and knowledge of current social media trends will help us elevate our brand presence and connect with our target audience effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Video Editing and Production**:

- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, attention-grabbing videos optimized for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube,)
- Trim, cut, and synchronize footage to create cohesive and compelling narratives that align with the brand's messaging and marketing objectives.
- Enhance videos with engaging visual effects, motion graphics, text overlays, and music to maximize viewer engagement.
- Basic Knowledge of camera operations and shots to be taken for each type of video.

**Social Media Content Development**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video content that align with marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Brainstorm innovative ideas to create shareable and viral video content that resonates with our target audience.
- Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and new features to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our video content.
- Brand Consistency and Guidelines:

- Ensure that all video content adheres to the brand's visual identity, style guidelines, and tone of voice.
- Maintain consistency in branding across all social media channels, ensuring a unified and professional image for the company.
- **Video Optimization and Analytics**:

- Monitor and analyse the performance of video content on various social media platforms.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize video content and improve audience engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and designers to align video content with overall marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with other video editors and stakeholders to share ideas, best practices, and resources.

**Requirements**:

- Proven Experience :A portfolio showcasing previous work, including social media video content and relevant projects.
- Demonstrated experience in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, adobe after effects, Adobe Rush, etc.

**Creativity and Vision**:

- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives through video editing.
- A keen eye for detail, visual aesthetics, and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Social Media Savviness:

- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their video specifications.
- Awareness of current social media trends and the ability to adapt video content accordingly.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in video editing techniques, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Basic understanding of audio editing and sound design for videos.
