F&b Captain

Great each guest promptly and in a pleasant manner. Take reservation from guest
- Direct guest for pre reserved seats or area
- Provide menu and share promotions, specials and items to customers
- Take F&B orders, repeat orders to guest and inform guest of estimated time to serve. Oversee a team of servers who are assigned to his/her shifts
- Key orders in the points of sales system efficiently
- Process payments and check bills promptly
- Maintain the outlet clean and neat
- Able to answer any questions regarding menu and assist with menu selection
- Set table according to type of events and service standards
- Record transaction /orders in the point of sales system at the time of order
- Communicate with the kitchen regarding any menu questions, the length of wait and product availability. Check with gust to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverage. Responsible for clearing, collecting and returning F&B items to proper area. Assist F&B Manager & Sr. Captain. Need 2year+ experience. Should be a Hotel mgt certificate holder

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
