We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our dynamic medical team. The RMO will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients, under the supervision of senior medical staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide medical care to patients in various departments, including emergency, outpatient, and inpatient settings.
- Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and consultations.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as necessary.
- Administer treatments and medications as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records accordingly.
- Assist in medical procedures and surgeries as required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in medical rounds, meetings, and educational activities.
- Adhere to clinical protocols, guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license and registration.
- Completion of internship/residency program.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Willingness to participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.
