**Followings will be the responsibilities of the position holder**:

- Compliance of current Good Manufacturing Practices in the Hormone Facility & to follow GDP with data-integrity compliance.
- Will be responsible for installation and commissioning of the new production equipment’s. Plan & Execute the trial of the packing equipment’s with other CFTs and evaluate the results.
- Responsible for appropriate qualification and validations (Equipment, Process and Utilities) are carried out in packing area. Co-ordination with other support function for effective implementation of action item identified.
- Responsible for achieving monthly target of production department.
- Responsible for performing area cleaning, equipment cleaning, equipment operation, sanitization activity and other day to day activity as mentioned in respective SOP
- To ensure all in-process checks and monitoring of all intermediate processes, To check set process parameters in PLC/SCADA as per BMR/BPR before machine run in Packaging area. Ensure the compliance of all procedure, practice and system to cGMP with respect to WHO guideline, Abbott quality guideline, other applicable regulatory guideline and standard operating procedure at site. Ensure good documentation practice shall be comply during production process.
- To perform operation and cleaning of production equipment as per respective equipment operation and cleaning SOP. Ensure right first time of the production document.
- To identify the problems with the machine and undertake trouble shooting activity where required, To ensure work is carried on in the Packing section according to the SOPs, To coordinate with departmental colleagues & HOD & QA in cases of discrepancies in Packing Section.
- Responsible for solve the problem with engg. department, when machine is under breakdown. Preparation, review and execution of Process validation / Engg. batches. Dispensing, Manufacturing and Packing process compliance in accordance with approved BMR/BPR.
- To carry out line clearance, In-process checks at the different stages of batch manufacturing and packing. SOP training in ISOtrain of self-train within stipulated time.
- To follow all the practices related to safety and COBC.
- To support the team on additional responsibilities assigned time to time.
- In case of any discrepancy inform the same to department head and quality head.
