Spare Parts Incharge

**Inventory Management**: Maintaining and organizing the spare parts inventory. This includes monitoring stock levels, organizing parts in the warehouse or storage area, and conducting regular inventory checks.
- **Procurement and Ordering**: Sourcing spare parts from suppliers, negotiating prices, and placing orders as needed. They ensure that the workshop has a steady supply of parts without overstocking.
- **Parts Identification and Documentation**: Identifying the correct parts needed for repairs and documenting part numbers, suppliers, and prices for easy reference.
- **Quality Control**: Ensuring that all spare parts meet quality standards and are suitable for the repairs and maintenance being performed.
- **Cost Management**: Tracking expenses related to spare parts and looking for opportunities to save costs through bulk purchasing or finding new suppliers.
- **Customer Service**: Assisting customers with inquiries about spare parts, providing information on availability and compatibility, and handling any complaints or returns.
- **Record-Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, purchases, and sales of spare parts for reporting and analysis.
- **Coordination with Technicians**: Collaborating with the workshop's technicians to understand their needs and ensure that the right parts are available for scheduled repairs and maintenance.
- **Supplier Relationships**: Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure reliable supply chains.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring that all spare parts meet legal and safety regulations, including any warranties or recalls.

A successful spare parts manager needs strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They should be knowledgeable about automotive parts and have the ability to manage inventory effectively. Additionally, they should stay updated on industry trends and changes in parts availability.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
