**Position: Female Telecaller**

**Location: Ekkatuthangal, Chennai**

**Job Description: As a Female Telecaller at Officeoye Corporate Supplies Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer their queries, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Your role will involve**:
**- Making outbound calls to prospects and introducing them to our offerings.**

**- Building rapport with customers and addressing their needs effectively.**

**- Providing accurate information about our products/services and handling objections professionally.**

**- Recording and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in our database.**

**- Collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to company growth.**

**Requirements**:
**- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.**

**- Pleasant and persuasive telephone etiquette.**

**- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.**

**- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.**

**- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards work.**

**- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software are a plus.**
