**Position Name: Site Supervisor**

**Location : Gota, Ahmedabad**

**Years of Exp: 2 yrs**

**Qualification : Graduate / Masters**

**Working Days: Mon-Fri**

**Responsibilities**

1. Supervision: You'll be in charge of making sure the installation team follows the approved plans and company rules.

2. Progress Monitoring: You'll keep an eye on the work to spot any issues or delays and take action to solve them quickly.

3. Quality Checks: You'll inspect the installed doors and windows regularly to ensure they meet the required standards.

4. Managing Installation: You'll oversee the installation of aluminum doors and windows at different construction sites.

5. Quality Improvement: If there are any problems with the work, you'll work with the team to fix them and improve the quality.

6. Material Coordination: You'll work with the procurement team to ensure that the necessary materials are delivered on time.

7. Documentation: You'll keep records of the work progress and other important information.

8. Inventory Management: You'll manage the materials to avoid wastage and keep costs under control.

9. Client Communication: You'll communicate with clients with reports to give them updates and address any concerns they have.

10. Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring that clients are happy with the work and providing a professional service.

**Salary**: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Documentation review, Managing Installation: 2 years (required)
