Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Assembly:
Perform expert assembly, maintenance, and repair of bicycles, ensuring all components meet industry standards and customer specifications.
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics:
Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues with bikes, from mechanical to electrical systems (e.g., e-bikes), using both manual and digital diagnostic tools.
Quality Control:
Ensure all bicycles and components meet quality standards before delivery to customers, including checking for safety, performance, and durability.
Customer Interaction:
Provide expert technical advice to customers, assisting with questions about bike selection, setup, customization, and troubleshooting.
Collaboration with Product Teams:
Work closely with design and development teams to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements based on customer feedback and technical insights.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records of tools, parts, and finished products, ensuring timely and organized stock management for bike assembly and repairs.
Training & Mentorship:
Guide and train junior technicians, sharing knowledge and expertise on best practices in bike servicing, repair, and assembly.
Continuous Learning:
Stay up to date with the latest developments in cycling technology, tools, and best practices through ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications:
**Experience**:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a similar role within the cycling or bike industry, including experience with high-end and specialized bikes.
Technical Expertise:
Proficient in all aspects of bicycle repair and assembly, including mechanical and electronic systems (e.g., e-bikes, hydraulic disc brakes, suspension systems, drivetrains, etc.).
Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong ability to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions quickly.
Customer Service:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Attention to Detail:
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in bike assembly, repair, and quality control.
Tool Proficiency:
Proficient in using a wide range of bicycle repair tools and diagnostic equipment, including those for e-bike systems.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy bicycles, parts, and equipment as needed. Capable of working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Desired Skills & Attributes:
Passion for cycling and a deep understanding of various cycling disciplines (road, mountain, e-bikes, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of industry trends, new technologies, and the latest bicycle innovations
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
