Tally Faculty

Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and update comprehensive course materials and lesson plans for Tally ERP and Tally Prime, ensuring alignment with current industry standards and practices.
- **Instruction**: Deliver engaging and informative lectures, workshops, and hands-on practical sessions to students.
- **Assessment**: Prepare, administer, and grade assessments, assignments, and exams to evaluate and monitor student progress.
- **Student Support**: Provide academic support and guidance to students, helping them understand complex accounting concepts and software functionalities.
- **Classroom Management**: Foster a positive and productive learning environment.
- **Professional Development**: Stay current with updates and new features in Tally software and continuously improve teaching methodologies.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Advanced certifications in Tally ERP/Tally Prime are highly desirable.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [1] years of teaching experience or professional experience in using Tally ERP and Tally Prime for accounting and financial management.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Tally ERP and Tally Prime, including accounting, inventory management, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
- **Teaching Skills**: Ability to explain complex accounting and software concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to work effectively with students and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
