**B) Working Experience**:

- Experience in working at any of the response systems/ health emergency connect centre/other connect centre.
- 3 years, preferably counselling experience or working with the elderly.

**C) Roles and Responsibility.**
- Attending the calls made to the helpline number.
- Quickly assessing genuine/serviceable calls.
- Responding to the calls made by the elderly to the helpline number.
- Asking the right questions to validate the calls, understand the requirements of the elderly persons and respond appropriately.
- Coordinating with concerned officials or people to support the elderly whoever calls to the helpline.

- Coordinating with the field teams where actions are required to be taken on the ground and follow up for the closure of action, wherever necessary.
- Creating appropriate documentation, protocols, processes, etc. for effectively handling requests.
- Generating necessary reports and case studies regarding the calls.
