Making Bills with finalized rates in software.
- Follow up for pending Acknowledgements.
- To ensure documentation & submission of all offline / online tenders before deadline according to the predefined checklist
- Maintain files of all tenders (with all submitted documents)
- Internal coordination for the tenders documents
- Analyze & Track tender results & EMD / BG Refunds
- Preparing the proposals (Technical & Commercial)
- Preparing & filling E-Tenders **Bid Making**:

- Making reports such as EMD submissions
- Correspondence for EMD refunds etc.
- Handling Back Office work
- Co-ordination with the Sales Team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
