- Keeping a track on daily sales across the platform.
- Planning the sales and taking required actions to boost the D2C sales.
- ** Business Forecast**:

- SKU planning and forecast sales. Analyse the digital Marketing efforts required.
- SKU prioritization for different channels of the sales.
- ** Fulfilment channel management**:

- We are currently using four channels for fulfilment (Self-Ship, Easy ship, FBA, 3PL).
