Bodyshop Advisor

Supervise and lead a team of bodyshop technicians, painters, and support staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship
- Plan and organize daily repair schedules, allocate resources effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and customer expectations
- Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure that all vehicle repairs comply with industry regulations and meet or exceed customer satisfaction
- Communicate with customers to understand their repair needs, provide accurate cost estimates, and address any concerns or inquiries throughout the repair process
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality parts and materials, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong relationships to ensure timely availability of required resources.
- Enforce and promote safety protocols to create a secure working environment for staff, adhering to industry safety standards and regulations
- Oversee the maintenance of bodyshop equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety standards.
