Driver

**Responsibilities**:
**Transportation**: Safely and responsibly transport clients, agents, and materials to and from properties, showings, meetings, and other appointments in accordance with scheduled itineraries.

**Safety**: Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety guidelines while operating company vehicles. Maintain a clean driving record and practice defensive driving techniques.

**Vehicle Maintenance**: Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including checking fuel levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate channels.

**Navigation**: Utilize GPS systems or navigation apps to determine the most efficient routes to reach destinations. Familiarize yourself with property locations and local traffic patterns.

**Professionalism**: Interact with clients and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner. Present a well-groomed appearance and maintain a positive attitude at all times.

**Assistance**: Assist clients and agents with loading and unloading items from the vehicle as needed. Provide a helpful and accommodating demeanor throughout the transportation process.

**Communication**: Maintain open communication with agents and office staff to ensure proper coordination of transportation schedules and changes, if any.

**Documentation**: Keep accurate records of mileage, trips, and other transportation-related information. Submit required reports and documentation on time.

**Emergency Preparedness**: Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and action plans in the event of accidents, breakdowns, or other unexpected situations.

**Confidentiality**: Maintain the confidentiality of client and property information at all times.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a real estate or customer service environment.
- Familiarity with local roads, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused attitude and a strong sense of professionalism.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in the real estate industry.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and navigation apps.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
