**Calendar Management**:
Organizing the director's schedule, scheduling meetings, appointments, and ensuring they are aware of their daily agenda.

**Communication**:
**Travel Arrangements**:
Making travel arrangements such as booking flights, hotels, transportation, and preparing itineraries for business trips or personal travel.

**Documentation and Filing**:
Maintaining organized records, files, and documents, both in physical and electronic formats. This could include contracts, reports, presentations, and other important materials.

**Meeting Support**:
Assisting with preparations for meetings, including setting up conference rooms, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

**Office Management**:
Overseeing the smooth operation of the director's office, including ordering supplies, managing expenses, and handling other administrative tasks as needed.

**Confidentiality**:
Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and decisions discussed within the director's office.

**Gatekeeping**:
Screening and prioritizing visitors, calls, and requests for the director's time, ensuring that only essential matters reach them.

**Project Support**:
Assisting with special projects, research tasks, and presentations as assigned by the director.

**Relationship Management**:
Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and other staff members.

**Problem Solving**:
Handling unforeseen issues and challenges that may arise in the course of managing the director's responsibilities.

**Adaptability**:
Being flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and needs, and being able to multitask effectively.

**Qualification & Experience Required**:

- Must be a Graduate in Agricuture field.
- Must have atleast 2-4 years of experience as PA.
- Must have good knowledge of working with MS Office, Excel, Power Point Presentation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)
- Personal assistant: 2 years (preferred)
