**Duty Timing**: 10 AM to 7:30 PM (Monday To Saturday, Week Off - Sunday)

**Age**: 21 to 30 Years

**Educational Qualification**: B:Com or Above

**Experience**: Minimum 03 Year To 06 year in Accounts

**Skills**: Knowledge Over Tally Or Marg Or Retailgraph, Known Advance Excel get Extra Facilities.

**Language Known**:Bengali (mandatory), Hindi (mandatory) & English (Not Mandatory)

**Salary**: INR 15K to 20K per month + PF + ESI + Other

**Facilities**: Paid Leave, Puja Bonus etc.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. **Financial Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Record financial transactions in ledgers and accounting software.
- Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and easily retrievable.

**2. **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Generate financial reports for management to facilitate decision-making.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights into the company's financial performance.

**3. **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budgetary performance and provide variance analysis.
- Make recommendations for cost control and improvement of financial processes.

**4. **Tax Compliance**:

- Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Assist in tax planning to optimize the organization's tax position.

**5. **Auditing**:

- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and auditable.
- Implement recommendations from audit reports.

**6. **Financial Analysis**:

- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the financial data.
- Provide recommendations for improving financial performance.

**7. **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in accounting principles and regulations.

**8. **Communication**:

- Communicate financial information to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
