Office Assistant
He is responsible for providing general support to the office staff, performing various tasks to maintain a clean and organized workspace, and assisting in routine office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Open Branches on time.
2. Clinic Maintenance
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic premises.
- It should be Clean and maintain all the areas, admin rooms & meeting hall.
3. Assistance to Staff
4. Purchasing of clinic needs.
5. Bank deposits/Electricity bill payments/ Landline Payments.
7. Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the clinic.
8. Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment on a periodic basis.
9. He should assist in any office work as may be required of himfrom time to time.
10. Before leaving the office, he should check if all the systems are switched off, lights and fans are switched off, doors and windows of the cabinet are closed & ensure safety & security of the branch.
11.Managing office equipment and ensuring they are in working order.
12. Assisting with setting up meeting rooms and seating arrangements.
13. Providing support during office events or functions or celebrations.
14. Overall, the role of an office assistant is to support the smooth functioning of the office by taking care of routine tasks and assisting other staff members as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
