**PRATHAM Test Prep U/o IIFM Ltd **is a Premium Entrance Preparation specialist for various undergraduate courses whether it is Management, Law, Mass Communication or B.Com etc. It has a curriculum which is intricately designed to meet the needs of the students who are preparing for various undergraduate entrances for various reputed college.
The basic criteria for admission into any coveted university Pan-India is to clear an entrance exam which largely tests the Aptitude of the students in fields like Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Logical
Reasoning, General Awareness and Current Affairs. This aptitude, which is latent in every student, needs polishing and practice. The faculty members are competent, erudite and experienced. They provide relentless and unwavering guidance and students under their aegis are able to do wonders and perform to the highest of their capabilities. As selections in various coveted institutes like CLAT, AILET, IIM Indore,

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To process and coordinate relevant raw data such as handwritten notes, audio recordings, drafts, and research articles.
- Standardized typing and format of documents.
- Re-checking the typed data to ensure that its free of errors it should be coherent and follow all laid down rules.
- Making PowerPoint presentation
- As required printing and distribution of copies of the approved work.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as and when needed

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education and knowledge**:

- High School Diploma or Any Bachelor's degree.
- 40-60 words per minute typing speed
- Knowledge of MSWord and MS power Point a must

**Experience**:

- Prior experience (1-2 years) as a typist or data entry clerk
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office or Google Docs

**Skills**:

- Strong time management and organizational skills
- An eye for detail

**Personal characteristics**:

- Ability to meet deadlines and take new initiatives.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ethical and respectful approach to handling sensitive data.
