Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Biller to join our team. As a Medical Biller, you will be responsible for accurately coding and billing medical procedures, ensuring timely reimbursement, and maintaining patient records. This is a vital role in our organization as you will play a key part in ensuring the financial health of our medical practice.

**Duties**:

- Review and analyze medical documentation to assign appropriate codes using ICD-9 and other coding systems
- Prepare and submit accurate claims to insurance companies for reimbursement
- Follow up on unpaid claims and denials, identifying and resolving any billing discrepancies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical coding guidelines and regulations
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate and complete documentation for billing purposes
- Handle patient inquiries regarding billing issues or insurance coverage
- Assist with medical collections as needed

**Skills**:

- Proficient in medical office software systems and electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong knowledge of ICD-9 coding and medical terminology
- Familiarity with medical billing processes and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in coding and billing practices
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Note: All positions at our organization are paid positions, including internships.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
