**Job Title**:Store Keeper(Civil Construction)**

- We are currently seeking a **Store Keeper with 2-4year**s of relevant experience to join our team.
- The Store Keeper will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and coordination with suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock quantities, locations, and movements.

Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.

Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

Receiving and Dispatch:
Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect goods for quality and quantity.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of goods receipt, including proper documentation and labeling.

Coordinate with logistics providers for outgoing shipments, prepare shipping documents, and oversee loading/unloading operations.
- **Storage and Organization**:
Organize storage areas to optimize space utilization and facilitate efficient stock retrieval.

Implement proper shelving systems, labeling, and bin locations to ensure easy identification of items.

Monitor storage conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity) to preserve product quality and integrity.
- **Stock Reconciliation and Reporting**:
Reconcile physical stock counts with system records on a regular basis to identify discrepancies.

Investigate root causes of discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.

Generate stock reports, including stock movements, aging analysis, and slow-moving items, for management review.
- **Vendor Coordination**:
Liaise with suppliers to place orders, track order status, and resolve any issues related to deliveries or product quality.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with suppliers to optimize procurement processes and minimize costs.

Evaluate supplier performance based on delivery timeliness, product quality, and service levels.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Maintain proper documentation for all store transactions, including purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices.

Assist in periodic audits and inspections to verify compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)

2-4 years of experience in **store management(Civil Construction)** or inventory control roles.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with mínimal supervision.

Knowledge of storekeeping principles, inventory control techniques, and procurement processes.

Prior experience in a industry is desirable.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
