As a Telemarketing Representative at DDSTHA, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and promoting our products/services over the phone and mail. Your primary objective will be to engage potential customers, build rapport, and secure appointments or sales opportunities for our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
- Introduce DDSTHA's products/services and effectively communicate their benefits.
- Identify and qualify leads through active listening and probing questions.
- Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or follow-up calls for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with diverse individuals over the phone and mail.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computers or technology.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
