Job Title: Hybrid Drone (IC Engine) Test Pilot

Experience: 1 to 5 years

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Test Flight Execution:
a. Conduct test flights for hybrid drones to evaluate performance under various conditions.

b. Implement planned test protocols and procedures, making real-time decisions to ensure the safety and success of each test.

2. Engine Systems Expertise:
a. Possess a deep understanding of hybrid propulsion systems and actively contribute to the testing and refinement of engine components.

b. Collaborate closely with engineers to provide insights into engine performance and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

3. Data Collection and Analysis:
a. Utilize onboard sensors and data collection tools to gather comprehensive information during test flights.

b. Work closely with data analysts to interpret and analyze test data, providing valuable feedback for further improvements.

4. Safety and Compliance:
a. Adhere to stringent safety protocols and emergency procedures during test flights.

b. Ensure compliance with relevant aviation regulations and guidelines.

5. Documentation and Reporting:
a. Maintain detailed records of test flights, including conditions, outcomes, and any anomalies observed.

b. Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing test results and providing recommendations for enhancements.

Qualifications:
1. Pilot Certification: Hold a valid drone pilot certification from a recognized aviation authority.

2. Test Pilot Experience: Proven experience as a test pilot for hybrid drones or similar unmanned aerial vehicles.

3. Technical Skills: Proficient in drone operation software, engine diagnostics, and troubleshooting.

4. Communication Skills: Clear communication skills for debriefings and collaboration with engineering teams.

5. Safety Focus: Demonstrated commitment to safety procedures and protocols.

**Education**:
A bachelor's degree in aviation, engineering in a related field, or AME is preferred. Relevant certifications in drone piloting and engine maintenance are highly desirable.
