**Job Summary**:
The Store Incharge is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of store. This role involves maintaining inventory levels, supervising staff, ensuring a smooth customer experience, and implementing effective store policies. The Store Incharge plays a crucial role in achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and enhancing overall store efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Inventory Management: (SAP)**:
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with the procurement team to replenish inventory.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to reduce losses and improve accuracy.
- **Staff Supervision**:
- Recruit, train, and manage store staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and customer service.
- Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and provide guidance to staff for achieving daily operational goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- **Reporting**:
- Generate and analyze reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on store performance and any challenges faced.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in Store operations.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with **SAP**.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The Store Incharge plays a pivotal role in maintaining a well-organized and customer-focused store, contributing to the overall success of the business.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
