**Role & Responsibilities**
- **Work in collaboration with the partners/SMEs to build the content and make the training live on the platform**: You will work with the partners/SMEs to build the training content as per our standards, review the content with a high bar on rigor, and attention to detail to identify all the major and minor areas of improvement
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the quality and timely launch of the training
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Advanced Instructional Design skill
- Ability to create visually appealing learning and communication solutions
- Organizational experience to develop engaging courses in various modalities
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
