Realpage is seeking a talented DBA adept at working and supporting database activities that span multiple Database technologies like MySQL/Oracle/Postgres.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Install, configure, and administer Linux database technology (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle)
- Perform database development support and administration tasks in non-production as needed.
- Evaluate and monitor databases to resolve performance issues, minimize data redundancy and support capacity planning.
- Create/alter databases; replicate databases; perform day-to-day database administration.
- Design, implement and support database backup and recovery procedures.
- Provide On-Call Support on a rotation basis.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, including IT and the Product engineering teams.

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience of Open-Source Database Administration (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle/DB2) on Linux/Unix OS
- Must have hands on operational experience in managing one of the Open-Source database technologies.
- Must have good Linux skills to include script writing.
- Experience with DB2 database support preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
