Job Title: Graphic Designer

About ISRN:
The Indian Social Responsibility Network (ISRN) is a Not-For-Profit multi-dimensional facilitation network,

established in July 2014, in the domain for Sustainable Development in India. We have created a result-oriented

platform among professionals from diverse disciplines, sectors, and backgrounds with a vision and mission to

channelize all relevant agencies to provide services to the unreachable parts of our society. This common platform

was needed to synergize the Corporate, Grassroots organizations, and the Government to establish as a network

to ensure inclusive and sustainable growth to reach all facets of the community with utmost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Designing:

- Create visually appealing graphics for various projects and campaigns.
- Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on project requirements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects and adhere to brand guidelines.

2. Editing:

- Edit and enhance images, photos, and videos as needed.
- Utilize editing software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator proficiently.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software like Premiere Pro, Clipchamp, or Filmora is preferred.

3. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm ideas and concepts.
- Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and deliver designs on time.

4. Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field; short courses or diplomas in graphic designing are

preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Video editing skills are a plus, with knowledge of Premiere Pro, Clipchamp, or Filmora.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.
- Background or experience in the development sector is desirable.
