This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. 2. Execute Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including, social media, and traditional advertising. 3. **Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for marketing materials, social media posts, and newsletters. 4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and trends. Analyze competitor activity and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies. 5. Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Ensure that all marketing communications align with brand guidelines and messaging. 6. Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to acquire new customers and clients. 7. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and influencers. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives effectively. 8. Event Management: Plan and coordinate marketing events, such as product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities. Ensure that events are executed successfully and meet objectives. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Prior experience in the industry or sector related to the company's products/services is a plus. Salary:

- Salary range: INR 12,000 - INR 18,000
