**Roles & Responsibility for AQA/Lab-QA Officer**:
1) Monitoring the usage of current approved Sops/ specification.
2) Review and actively participation in the investigation of incidence including
OOS, OOT, Analytical incidence etc.
3) Ensuring cleanliness of laboratory and sampling area.
4) Monitoring training of Quality control analyst and their evaluation.
5) To ensure compliance with cGLP/ cGMP as laid down in the procedure.
6) Monitoring and ensuring software control used in the laboratory.
7) Ensuring use of valid chemical, standard, reagents, correct glassware with
legibility of labelled volume and meniscus and calibrated instruments/
equipment and correct test method.
8) Monthly review of bound book (registers) for correctness and completion of
entries made in the logs to be done.
9) To coordinate for Maintenance and controls of master documents.
11) Monitoring impact analysis and assessment for every change and close out of
controls within specified period.
12) In other work assigned by Head-QA
Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Sc
Experience: 2 To 3 Years
Note: In OSD & Semi-Solid Experience can be Preferred.
