Job Summary:

- The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO is a crucial role responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. The EA will play a key role in managing the CEO's schedule, handling communication, coordinating meetings, and assisting in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Calendar Management**:

- Efficiently manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Anticipate and proactively address potential scheduling conflicts.
- **Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings attended by the CEO, ensuring all necessary documents are available in advance.
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute as required.
- **Travel Management**:

- Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- **Office Management**:

- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, including handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Manage and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- **Confidentiality**:

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- **Special Projects**:

- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- **Calendar Efficiency**:

- Maintain a well-organized and optimized calendar, minimizing scheduling conflicts and maximizing the CEO's time for strategic priorities.
- **Communication Handling**:

- Timely and effective handling of all communications, ensuring the CEO is well-informed and can respond promptly when necessary.
- **Meeting Effectiveness**:

- Ensure smooth and well-prepared meetings, with all required materials distributed in advance and accurate minutes recorded.
- **Travel Coordination**:

- Seamless and stress-free travel arrangements for the CEO, minimizing disruptions and ensuring timely arrivals.
- **Task Management**:

- Efficiently manage tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proactive identification of areas for improvement and implementation of solutions without direct guidance.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
