**Job Summary**:Admission Overseas, a leading study abroad consultancy with a focus on helping students achieve their academic and career aspirations, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Caller Executive to join our Chandigarh office. The Tele Caller Executive will play a crucial role in engaging with potential students, providing them with information about our study abroad programs, and guiding them through the admissions process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Outreach**:Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in studying abroad.
Answer inquiries and address concerns to assist students in making informed decisions.

**Lead Conversion**:Effectively communicate the value proposition of Admission Overseas services to potential students.
Nurture leads through regular follow-ups and maintain a database of student interactions.

**Data Management**:Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, interactions, and student information in the CRM system.
Update and organize the lead database regularly for effective campaign targeting.

Share feedback and insights from student interactions to improve our services and processes.

**Targets and Reporting**:Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead conversion and student engagement.
Prepare and submit regular reports on call activity, lead progress, and conversion rates.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the study abroad process and education systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
