Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Management:
Maintain and update records of incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory levels, and other relevant documentation.

Prepare shipping and receiving documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all paperwork and data entry.

Inventory Control:
Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.

Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and reconcile inventory records.

Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely inventory replenishment.

Order Processing:
Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Collaborate with the sales team to address any order-related issues or special requirements.

Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange shipments and track delivery status.

Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact for internal departments, external vendors, and customers, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.

Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth workflow and timely order processing.

Liaise with the finance department for invoice reconciliation, billing, and payment processing.

Reporting and Analysis:
Generate reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving status.

Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.

Provide regular updates and insights to the warehouse manager regarding operational performance.

Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.

Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training programs.

Assist in implementing and enforcing standard operating procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in warehouse administration or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices within a warehouse setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
