**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and analyze business requirements to design and implement PeopleSoft HCM solutions.
- Customize and configure PeopleSoft HCM modules according to client needs.
- Develop and maintain PeopleSoft HCM interfaces, reports, and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct system testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in PeopleSoft HCM.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Strong proficiency in PeopleSoft HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Talent Acquisition Management.
- Experience with PeopleSoft PeopleTools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Component Interface.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft Integration Broker, Workflow, and Query Manager.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with remote work and working in different time zones is a plus.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
