**2-4 years experience in Retail Field**

**Locations; Thodupuzha.**
- Devise a merchandising theme every month. Coordinate with marketing team and operations manager and take their inputs relating to marketing themes/activities planned.
- Plan the merchandising activities and execute with team.
- Educate the sales staff members regarding benefits of products displaying, refilling of products at right time, how to arrange the products, etc.
- Manage merchandisers in the outlets and explain how central theme must the executed.
- Ensure that the theme is set in all outlets as planned.
- Plan display in such a way that it is attractive to the customer and it adds to sales.
- Manage mannequins and place them appropriately.
- Ensure that the racks and customer point of view. stands are fully stacked and are visually appealing from a
- Stock setting and changes in display settings as per the instruction of the operations manager.
- Execute the tasks given by the operations manager.
- Conduct competitor analysis, find innovative changes, new display patterns and themes; report to the operations manager regarding the same.
- Start and finish the works according to the action plan given by the operations manager.
- Coordinate different activities as per the instructions from management.
- Attend meetings as instructed by the management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Role Requisites**
- Ensure the regular visits of outlets.
- Audit of merchandising activities
- Implementation of display changes.
- Conduct competitor analysis.
- Preserve the ambiance of the outlet.
- Coordinate the team as per the direction of the operations manager and complete the work timely.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
