The Role:

- Looking to hire Expansion Managers (Retail Sales Officer, Sr. Retail Sales Officer and Executive Retail) with an experience in channel sales/ Dealers & Distributors
- Creating business strategies to meet the revenue numbers, attract new customers, and enhance profitability.t
- Must have complete knowledge of the local areas of the District
- Must be a hustler and a smart communicator
- Should be comfortable with travelling four to five days in a week
- Needs to keep a check on the sales numbers and improvise accordingly
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
- Conducting market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness
- Most importantly, we are looking for passionate intrapreneurs who want to work at the grass root level, drive impact in Indias biggest sector & Help Farmers Win

**Location: Muzzafarpur, Buxar, Nalanda, Khagaria, Chhapra, Siwan, Gopalganj & Bhagalpur**

Qualifications we look for:

- Graduation in Bsc Agriculture
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Agriculture industry.
- Preferred undergrad or master’s degree in Agriculture
- Prior experience of managing a team of sales professionals
- Passionate about sales and driving revenue
- Excellent communication skills
