**Commis I, II and III (Relocation to Saudi Arabia)**

Are you passionate about North Indian cuisine? Do you possess exceptional culinary skills and expertise in preparing authentic North Indian dishes? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced North Indian Food Cook to join our team in Poland.

**Position: North Indian Food Cook Location: Poland**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of North Indian dishes, maintaining their authenticity and flavors.
- Create and develop new recipes while ensuring high-quality standards.
- Plan and organize daily food preparation activities, including chopping, marinating, and cooking ingredients.
- Ensure efficient food inventory management, minimizing wastage and maximizing freshness.
- Maintain a clean and organized cooking station, following food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 15 years of proven experience as a Cook( Comis 1,2,3), specializing in North Indian cuisine. experience must be in a 5-star category hotel, international brand hotel or individual restaurant with high standards
- Deep knowledge of North Indian culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
- Proficient in preparing a wide range of North Indian dishes, such as biryanis, curries, tandoori items, and regional specialties.
- Experience in preparing both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure, delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work long hours and adapt to a dynamic kitchen environment.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Monthly salary of 50,000 Indian Rupees (INR).
- Accommodation and food will be provided.
- The company will handle all visa, air ticket, and necessary formalities.
