Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our furniture showroom team in Pune, Bhavani Peth. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for interacting with potential customers over the phone, providing them with information about our furniture products and services, and generating sales leads. This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in the furniture industry and gain valuable experience in a showroom environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and database.

Introduce and promote our furniture products and services to customers over the phone.

Explain the features, benefits, and pricing details of various furniture items to potential customers.

Answer incoming calls from customers, address their queries, and provide relevant information.

Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.

Maintain a database of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback for future reference.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads generated, and conversions.

Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales.

Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in closing deals and meeting sales objectives.

Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a professional manner.

Uphold company values and maintain a positive image of the showroom through telephone interactions.

**Requirements**:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and preferably regional languages.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to engage potential customers.

Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Basic computer skills to enter and update customer information accurately.

Freshers with a strong passion for customer service and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
