**What You'll Do**

You will be responsible for helping the senior leadership with calendar management, expense claims, team building activities, external and internal Events, interface with other site-wide facilities and functions.
- Manage and maintain schedule, appointments and travel arrangements for Senior leadership
- Assist in managing and monitoring management team's expense reports
- Arrange and coordinate internal meetings and external meetings (ex: support in the planning and execution of events such as executive dinners and conferences)
- Coordinate team lunches and company events as needed
- Can on-board and off board employees - ordering laptops, badges, and any other items necessary.
- Manage expenses, calendars in a timely manner
- Manage office supplies, equipment, mailings etc.

**Desired skills**
- Proven experience supporting executive management level with demanding scheduling needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of Executive/Senior staff and clients
- Must be comfortable with technology and can manage multiple Outlook calendars as well as host Webex meetings.
- Should have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel
- Collaborative style, with excellent teamwork.
