**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Architect at Blinx India Pvt. Ltd located in New Delhi. The Interior Architect will be responsible for space planning & designing, creating working drawings, and selecting furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The Interior Designer will work towards creating designs that are functional and aesthetically pleasing that meet client's needs. The key responsibility will be project designing, management, client selections & handling.

**Qualifications**
- Space Planning and Interior Design skills
- Architecture and Interior Fit-out skills
- Ability to choose the appropriate FF&E for each project
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Max/Enscape/Lumion
- Experience in design and construction of commercial and residential spaces
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous design projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- AutoCAD: 1 year (required)
