Job Description: Field Sales Executive for Bath and Body Products

**Compensation: Salary + Commision**

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive for Bath and Body Products. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of premium bath and body products to hotels and hospitality establishments. You will be the key point of contact for our clients, building relationships, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets. This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel to meet with potential clients and maintain existing customer accounts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate sales leads and identify new business opportunities within the hotel and hospitality industry.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotel decision-makers, including managers, procurement teams, and spa directors.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and quality of our bath and body products.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, recommending appropriate products to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop pricing proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize sales agreements.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and participate in trade shows and industry events.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the hotel, hospitality, or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory and work independently.
- Knowledge of bath and body products, spa industry, or luxury amenities is a plus.
- Have a entrepreneurial mindset
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
