Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and shipped efficiently, accurately, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Ensure that all products are stored safely and securely, and that inventory levels are accurately recorded and maintained.
- Manage the warehouse team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, and quality control.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and related software.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
