We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate **Assistant in Nursing (Male)** to join our dynamic team. As an Assistant in Nursing Staff member, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist registered nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing quality patient care.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing team.
- Help with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and assisting patients with mobility as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
- Handle administrative tasks, including patient record-keeping and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to all healthcare protocols and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing them with necessary information and emotional support.

**Requirements**:

- UG/PG Diploma in Nursing or ANM or GNM or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing license or registration in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Certification in nursing assistant training or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Assistant in Nursing, healthcare aide or in a similar role is a plus.
- Proficient in assisting to administer medications and conduct nursing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to patient care.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and challenging healthcare environment.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from healthcare professionals.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and best practices.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining electronic medical records.
