- **Collaboration**: Architects work closely with clients, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and other professionals to ensure the project's success.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Architects must navigate and ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
- **Budget Management**: They often oversee the project's budget, making cost estimates and ensuring that the design remains within budget constraints.
- **Material and Technology Selection**: Architects choose appropriate materials and construction methods to achieve the desired design and functionality.
- **Project Management**: Some architects take on project management roles, overseeing construction, and coordinating the work of contractors.
