**Working days** : Alternative Saturdays off (2nd &4th Saturdays off)

**Working Hours** : 9 HOURS

**Job Summary**

We are searching for an experienced Accounts and Finance executive who will be responsible for day to day accounts activities, preparing GST & TDS reports & calculation.

**Roles and Responsibilities:

- **
- Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
- Monthly Bank compliance etc.
- Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing
- Daily Stock maintains.
- Handling petty Cash Records.
- Send Sales Order by ERPnext software as per order.
- Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properly
- Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS
- Knowledge about GST, Income tax act.
- Having working Knowledge of Import, export accounting and documentation in coordination with Purchase and sales team.
- Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting
- Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Buffer Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, Consumption Charts, Trails Balance, work, Scrutiny of Ledger, Fixed Assets.

**Key Performance Indicators**
- Bank reconciliation
- GST filing
- TDS Calculation
- Tally ERP, ERPNext

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience as a junior accountant
- Excellent into Tally
- Hands on Experience into TDS Employee wise TDS Working & GST GSTR1, GSTR3B, GSTR2A & GSTR9.
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. Tally ERP and ERPnext)

**Qualification and Experience**

1. Inter CA/M.Com.

2. 2-4 Years
