Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that meet the needs and abilities of students.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student learning and growth.
- Implement a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students in the learning process.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum, instructional materials, and assessment strategies.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning and development.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Stay informed about current educational trends, research, and best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
