**Responsibilities**:

- Install and operate first test rig, manage growth to initial target setup with 5 test rigs and respective infrastructure
- Define procedures for lab operation and maintenance of lab infrastructure
- Managing Lab independently and Operating the Lab equipment's
- Manage and support projects related to the FSL independently
- Build up a lab team to operate test rigs during growth as required
- Establish contact to relevant external test institutes or laboratories in India
- Create a working environment which meets the
- Freudenberg HSE Guideline
and
- Freudenberg Safety Standards

Qualifications:

- Ph.D. or Master in technical field such as chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in laboratory management
- Working Background in têxtile engineering, air filtration desirable
- Experience in measurement technology, analytics, quality management mandatory
- Good IT knowledge or Techsavy
- Fluent in spoken and written English and local language
- Independent working style, problem solving ability, good organizational skills, Team-player, intercultural competence, First leadership experience desirable
