We are currently hiring a **Junior PPC** to join our client's Chennai office.

**Key Skills**:Knowledge of Production planning control, solve the problem-solving approach, Achieve the production as per target, Man power, shop and time management, Reading and understanding the drawings, Good Computer knowledge.

**Qualifications**: BE/ B.Tech, Diploma (Electrical & Mechanical Engineering)

**Experience**: 2 to 3 Years

**Specialization**: LT & HT Electrical switchgears and Busducts

**Job Type**: Full time

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for maintaining related ISO Documents.
- Supervise production related tasks including planning, check the availability Of material for production, assembly, control and for achieving the planned periodic schedules.
- Monitor daily production and consumption of inventory, coordinating with material section for raw material planning.
- Developing potential subcontractors to support us with production activities.
- Review operational practices, identify areas of quality failures, and implement process changes for qualitative improvement. Execute cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications in the system to achieve substantial reduction in O&M Expenditures and work within the budget.
- Dexterously manage shop floor with judicious work allocation and deployment of manpower to achieve maximum.
