Job Description:
**Title** **Examiner**/ Legal Document Review**

**Location**: Brookfield, BangaloreRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews title/legal documents in a timely and thorough manner
- Extracts information in the document for input into proprietary title tracking database
- Analyze deeds, deeds of trust/mortgages/other security instruments, easements, probates, court documents, mineral reservations, oil and gas leases and other applicable instruments
- Uses proprietary software to complete assigned tasks
- Works effectively with US Operations teams
- Should have experience in Current Owner, Two Owner and Full Search
- Prefer working knowledge of Section/Township/Range legal descriptions as well as understanding of Metes and Bounds land descriptions, in the State of Texas

SKILLSET REQUIRED:
- Should have at least one year experience in TEXAS TITLE SEARCH AND EXAM
- Demonstrate ability to consistently meet deadlines and drives for results
- Excellent communication skills with team-oriented focus
- Passion for working in a global environment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, “start-up” company environment
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
