**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Maintenance and Upkeep**: Ensure the office is kept clean, organized, and well-maintained. This includes daily cleaning tasks, replenishing office supplies, and keeping common areas tidy.
- **Office Errands**: Carry out various office errands, such as collecting mail, making deliveries, depositing checks, or purchasing necessary items for the office.
- **Event Assistance**: Assist in setting up and dismantling for events, including moving materials, setting up equipment, arranging furniture, and managing event logistics as required.
- **Godown Inventory Management**: Maintain and monitor inventory in the godown. This includes receiving deliveries, checking stock, organizing goods in the storage area, and ensuring accurate stock records are kept.
- **Loading and Unloading Goods**: Assist in the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring items are handled carefully and stored properly to avoid damage.
- **Basic Office Support**: Help with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing when necessary.
- **Support Staff Coordination**: Work closely with other support staff and assist in any additional tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth office operations.
- **Vendor Coordination (Godown)**: Liaise with vendors and suppliers when receiving deliveries or dispatching goods. Ensure proper documentation for inventory management.
- **Basic Maintenance**: Assist with minor office and godown maintenance, such as fixing basic equipment issues, ensuring electrical items are functional, and notifying management when repairs are needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
