Insurance Marketing Sales Job

Location: Kochi

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance inquiries and concerns.

Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to meet their requirements.

Present and explain insurance policies to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the terms, coverage, and benefits.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to both individuals and groups, showcasing the value and advantages of our insurance products.

Collaborate with the underwriting team to assess risk and determine appropriate pricing for insurance policies.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the achievement of team goals.

Maintain accurate and organized client records, sales reports, and documentation in our CRM system.

Attend regular training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

State-required insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain them) to sell insurance products.

Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and compliance standards.

Professional appearance and demeanor.
